Well, we are packing up our apartment in Fishers this week and moving our stuff up to Wakarusa this weekend. We are still hoping to leave in January if everything goes as planned. We are looking forward to getting things going and getting on our way as well as spending time with some friends and family over Christmas!

meeting the missionaries:

Last week we were able to meet with one of the missionaries that is living at the baby center in Kenya. We also met with two of the leaders from Nappanee Missionary Church that have played a large role in building the baby center. It was nice to get some questions answered about what we are going to be doing while living at the orphanage. There are currently about 30 babies living at the orphanage awaiting adoption. Nicole will be providing nursing care for these babies and Jeremy will be assisting with adoption placement and youth ministry at the African Gospel Church next to the baby center. We are getting both excited and nervous about moving across the world and fulfilling our roles in Kenya. Thanks to friends and family for all your support and prayers.
